What you get

Before you start

  1. Needs: Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat with your work account (a Microsoft 365 Copilot license gives steadier quality). Not sure what you have? Start here.
  2. Where: Copilot app, Create an infographic.
  3. Access: Copilot only uses content you already have permission to open. Use only information your company allows in Copilot.

The steps

  1. Pick 3 or 4 points. Fewer points read better.
  2. Open Create and choose Create an infographic.
  3. Paste the prompt with your points and generate.
  4. Check every number and label against the source.

If a feature is missing

If a number comes out wrong, fix it with the Text tool or regenerate with fewer points.

Make it smarter

Keep a short "What it got wrong" note. Paste it above the prompt next time, like "Don't invent dates".
