Stuck with Copilot
Privacy policy
What we collect, why, and the choices you have.
Effective October 20, 2026
Who we are
This policy covers stuckwithcopilot.com. In it, "Stuck with Copilot", "we" and "us" mean the operator of this site.
What we collect
- Usage analytics. We use Microsoft Clarity to see how pages are used: pages viewed, clicks and scrolling. It also makes heatmaps and session recordings. Clarity uses cookies and similar technology. Text typed into forms is masked in recordings. Microsoft processes this data under the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
- Weekly email signup. If you sign up, we collect your email address and, if you choose, your first name and mobile number, plus a record of the consent you gave and when.
- Text messages. If you add a mobile number and tick the separate SMS box, we use that number to send texts from Stuck with Copilot.
- Technical data. The website host receives network and device details, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver and protect the site.
The training self-check runs in your browser. Your answers aren't saved or sent to us, and the form is masked in Clarity.
Signups are not open yet. Until they open, the signup form stores nothing and sends nothing.
How we use it
- To send the weekly email you asked for, and texts if you opted in.
- To find pages that confuse people and fix them.
- To keep the site working and prevent abuse.
We do not sell your personal information. There are no accounts or logins on this site.
Text messages
Texts are optional and separate from the email. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop, or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase. Mobile information and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Providers that deliver the texts process only what they need to send them.
Service providers
Microsoft Clarity supplies analytics. Our website host serves the pages. When signups open, a newsletter and messaging provider will store subscriber details and send messages for us. We will name it on this page before signups open.
Cookies and your cookie choice
If you visit from the EU, the UK or Switzerland, we ask before Clarity loads. If you say no, Clarity does not load. You can . Anyone can also block or clear cookies in their browser settings, and the guides still work.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from the email with the link in any message.
- Reply STOP to stop texts.
- Ask us to access, correct or delete your information through the unsubscribe link in any email or the signup form. Rights depend on where you live, for example under GDPR or CCPA. We may need to confirm it is you.
Retention
We keep subscriber details until you unsubscribe, then delete them or remove what identifies you, except a record of the opt-out so we do not contact you again. Clarity keeps analytics data according to Microsoft's retention settings.
Contact and changes
You can send questions and requests, including data requests and unsubscribing, through the unsubscribe link in any email or the signup form. A contact address will be posted here soon.
When this policy changes in a meaningful way, we update the date at the top.
