Turn launch messaging into a talk track sellers will use
Copilot Chat
Short answer: Paste your messaging framework and one real customer story into Copilot Chat. Ask for a two-minute talk track written the way people speak, three questions sellers can ask, and short answers to the top objections. Then test it with two sellers before you send it to everyone.

Sellers don't read enablement decks. They use things they can say on a call tomorrow. Write that and sales will actually use it, and marketers who make sellers better get credit for revenue.
A common situation (composite)
We launched a feature last month.
Sellers still pitch it wrong.
My 20-slide enablement deck had 3 views.
What you get
- Data: your messaging framework and one customer story.
- Does: writes a talk track plus answers to likely objections.
- Output: a one-page talk track sellers can use on calls.
- How often: for every launch or messaging change.
Before you start
- Needs: Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat. Not sure what you have? Start here.
- Microsoft's label for this scenario: Microsoft Copilot.
- Where: Copilot Chat.
- Access: Copilot only uses content you already have permission to open. Use only information your company allows in Copilot.
The steps
- Paste your messaging and one customer story you're allowed to share.
- Run the prompt.
- Read the talk track out loud. Cut anything that sounds like a brochure.
- Run the follow-up to make a short version for email or chat.
- Test it with two sellers and fix what they stumble on.
Copy this prompt
Here's our messaging: [paste]
Here's a customer story we can share: [paste]
Write a talk track for sellers about [product or feature]:
- A two-minute version they can say out loud: the problem, what changes, the customer story, the ask
- Three discovery questions that lead into it
- The three objections they'll hear, each with a two-sentence answer
Write the way sellers talk on calls. Short sentences. Use only facts from what I pasted.

Make it better
Run this next, in the same chat.
Now make a 30-second version for a voicemail or the first minute of a call, and a three-line version a seller could paste into a Teams chat or email. Keep the same facts.

Data tip: use this with your work Copilot, and leave out passwords, payment details and anything your company marks restricted.
What a good result looks like
It sounds natural when you read it out loud, every fact traces to your messaging or the story, and sellers can use it without opening a deck.
If a feature is missing
If you don't have a messaging framework yet, start with the messaging framework guide.
Make it smarter
Keep a short "What it got wrong" note. Paste it above the prompt next time, like "Don't invent dates".

Questions people ask
Turn launch messaging into a talk track sellers will use?
Paste your messaging framework and one real customer story into Copilot Chat. Ask for a two-minute talk track written the way people speak, three questions sellers can ask, and short answers to the top objections. Then test it with two sellers before you send it to everyone.
What do I need for this?
Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat. If you don't have a messaging framework yet, start with the messaging framework guide.
How long should a talk track be?
Two minutes spoken, which is about 250 to 300 words. Sellers will cut it further, and that's fine.
Can sellers use Copilot to adapt it?
Yes. Tell them to paste it with the customer's industry and ask for a version for that buyer, using the same facts.
What if sellers push back on it?
Good. Ask what they'd say instead and fold the best lines in. A talk track sellers helped write gets used.
Try it once, then make it yours.
